Popp Nutrition is dedicated to providing premier nutrition counseling services to individuals seeking to improve their overall health through diet in combination with their exercise, sleep and stress management. We provide evidence-based lifestyle recommendations grounded in the latest scientific findings. We build one-on-one client relationships to establish goals and accountability, navigate through personal performance barriers and monitor progress metrics.

    • Coach clients through an individualized diet program that includes detailed health education and behavioral counseling.

    • Meet weekly with clients to deliver behavior counseling, topics include goal setting, values clarification, and intrinsic/extrinsic motivators.

    • Advise clients on specific foods and beverages to optimize weight loss and management.

    • Provide diet recommendations in accordance with specific medication regimen based on a diagnosed disease (e.g., thyroid hormone replacement therapy).

    • Provide health education on topics such as portion control, exercise, sleep hygiene, stress management, and healthy eating while traveling.

    • Hold clients accountable with bi-weekly text check-ins and 30-minute Zoom video conferencing sessions.

    • Structured macro-based or simplified diet plans

    • 2x/week accountability checkins

    • Nutrition education on what and when to eat

    • Practical tips and handouts, e.g., healthy eating travel guide

    • Duration: 1, 4, 6 and 12 month options
