Dr. Collin Popp, PhD, MS, RD

Founder and CEO

Dr. Collin Popp is the Founder and CEO of Popp Nutrition. He is an NIH-funded Assistant Professor at NYU Langone Heatlh Grossman School of Medicine, where he conducts clinical trials in obesity and adiposity-based chronic diseases (ABCDs), like type 2 diabetes. His research focuses on behavioral interventions for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. Additionally, as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN), he has over 12 years of experience providing nutrition counseling to over 1,000 clients, helping them improve their health through nutrition.

Jessica Kaplan, RD/RDN

Jessica Kaplan is an Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) at Popp Nutrition. Her experience ranges from clinical nutrition to Division I athletics, giving her a unique, evidenced-based perspective on weight loss and nutrition optimization for sport. Jessica focuses on habit change and behavioral approaches to nutrition to allow you to achieve and sustain your goals. She enjoys cooking for her family and friends - ask her for healthy recipes and snack ideas!

Jessica is based in New York City.
