I cannot rave about Dr. Popp enough. From our first session he listened to me and walked me through everything step by step. He is so patient. No question felt ridiculous. He was so encouraging and supportive. He kept me accountable through the whole process. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking to work with a nutritionist--especially if you are an athlete. I started working with Dr. Popp in June of 2023. My goals were to slim down and have a better relationship with food. Collin was a thorough and attentive nutritionist that changed my eating habits for the long term. He is able to easily convey nutrition and lifestyle facts in a way that is digestible, and therefore easy to turn into habits. He created an effective eating plan for me and my partner, and worked with us a couple and how we can incorporate a healthy lifestyle during our weekly grocery runs and also during our nights eating out. Collin was always an email or text away and would answer even the most specific questions we each had about things that were challenging in our daily lives. He always had solutions and really helped us change the way we think about food forever. 10/10 recommend!
